The golden ratio encompasses aspects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and the topology of space-time. It is the mathematical connection between two aspects of an object. The aesthetically pleasing appearance of this law translates our perceptions of the natural work into art, music, and structures we create. The Fibonacci spirals of the golden ratio are the configuration of least energy path. This energy flows, reinforcing the individual purpose in life, and spirals towards others and the surroundings. As an artist, I’m inspired by the beauty of our natural surroundings in the form of lines, shapes, and the interplay of their harmonious flow, and to create a unity of that perception.
